“The Trick and The Trickmaker: He creates art without hands… This man could be the sensation of Christmas card market! Antero Korpela is one of those artists who create art without their hands. Finnish people, in tune with the spirit of Christmas, have always rushed to buy Christmas cards made without hands. The disabled artists who hold the brush in their mouths or in between their toes have gained from people the support they rightfully deserve. But Antero Korpela doesn’t paint even with his mouth or toes. With what then? Text: Timo Teerioksa. Photography: Ossi Suonperä.”
